Overview:

Ovations is a service of Gables Residential. This program is provided for all eligible associates of Gables Residential. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

 

Eligibility:

Eligibility for Ovations is limited to current full time associates of Gables Residential. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed either by the termination/separation of employment by Gables Residential or the associate, a reduction in hours below full time status, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Gables Residential. No credit, transfer, or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed.

 

Accumulation of Points:

Points will be distributed to certain associates (e.g. associates in managerial positions). The number of points provided will be dependent on the associate’s position and may be changed or revoked at the sole discretion of Gables Residential. Associates who demonstrate behavior, attitude and performance consistent with the core values described on the program website may be awarded points from their supervisor or other associates at Gables Residential.

 

Changes and Disputes:

Gables Residential reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time, including any and all terms and conditions.

 

All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the awarding of points, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, and the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Gables Residential in its sole judgment and at its sole discretion.

 

 

Participation Enrollment:

Each eligible associate is automatically enrolled in Ovations and will use their Employee ID number to gain access to the Ovations website. Upon initial login, participants may create their username and personal password.

 

Redemption and Deduction of Points:

 

1. Any Reward Points not redeemed before termination or associate initiated separation will expire.
2. Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the online catalog.
3. Points are not redeemable for cash.
4. The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another associate. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

 

 

Claiming a Reward:

 

1. Gables Residential reserves the right to modify merchandise available in the Reward Points On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
2. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
3. Specific merchandise is subject to availability, and substitutions may be made by Gables Residential based on availability or market conditions.

 

 

Statements of Gables Residential Reward Points Earned:

The Ovation website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as Gables Residential Reward Point balances.

 

Termination of Program:

Gables Residential reserves the right to terminate Ovations at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, Gables Residential may, at its sole discretion, permit any unredeemed Reward Points to be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.

 

Participation Program Tracking

It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Ovations Reward Catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Reward Points Online Catalog.

 

Taxes:

Merchandise redeemed is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Gables Residential or any of its affiliates or agents. Gables Residential will report earnings under this program in accordance with Federal, state and local regulations.

 

Shipping and Handling:

Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.

 

Privacy Notice:

The Ovations website is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Gables Residential. The information collected on this website will be used by Gables Residential in connection with the Ovations Program.
